Event coordinatorThe clients may add on Twin Eagle Lake's event coordinator for an additional price. The event
coordinator will be in charge of all the event bookings (photography, catering, decorating, etc.), set
up the event, and stay for the duration of the event to make sure everything runs according as
planned.
- Wedding at the Pavilion: Additional $500
- Wedding at the Barn: Additional $1,000
Rent Me Closet- The clients may add on Twin Eagle Lake's "Rent me closet" for an additional price. This closet has previously used decor from weddings or events that have been donated to Twin Eagle Lake. The clients will be required to pay a $200 SECURITY DEPOSIT to be able to rent items from the closet. The refundable deposit of $200 is returnable to clients or representatives of clients up to TWO (2) weeks after the event has been held and once the items are fully inspected for any potential damage from the use at the venue.
